Need email server administrator / system admin by BoscoSystems

Our company has a dedicated server. When we send email, we must use the outgoing mail server of our ISP - example - mail.comcast.net or mail.bellsouth.net. I would like for us to be able to use mail.wilser.net... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Linux, System Admin.)
