Craigslist/backpage mass emailer by kensmonies

I need a couple of things. I have a CL scraper that scrapes emails from CL but they charge about .20 cents to send every email. Since I will be sending thousands every month. I would rather just have my own program created… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: Javascript)
