Need mysql Database Indexed immediately by prism4

We use mysql server to run our database and it is timing out much too often due to poor indexing and too much traffic to our site… we need need someone that can go into our database of over 4 million… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: C/C++, Data Entry, PHP, SQL)
