Froogle/Google XML Data Feed Error by rvguy101

We have a 16mb file that will not automatically upload to the Google Base via schedule set. We can however manually upload it via browse for file using Google Base. What we need it to resolve why the one specific feed will not upload automatically… (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Google Adsense, Google App Engine, Troubleshooting, XML, Zen Cart)
