Web scrape by Simulation

I need to scrape 5 different sites and cross check ID numbers on each scrape to eliminate bad data. It needs to be able to query a search form from a database of search criteria on each site. (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: C#, C/C++, Javascript, PHP, Python)
