EDIfact to array converter by vanrooijit

Hello, I need someone with EDIfact experience who can create an EDIfact to array converter in PHP today. The EDIfact standard which needs to be supported is called ‘MEDVRI’ (it’s Dutch) Please see the attached file with the specifications… (Budget: $250-750, Jobs: PHP)
